Shipping and delivery
As a new company, we are currently in the process of stabilizing our production. We take pride in offering products that are made to order and this means that on the first weeks the production time may take up to 30 days depending on the order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our services.
After we have dispatched your order, the estimated delivery time in the EU area will be 2-5 days.
Bergman Designs cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Bergman Designs.
Duties and taxes
The prices shown on bergmandesigns.com include import duties, custom fees and taxes, when shipping to EU countries.
Return policy
- Items purchased from Bergman Designs are eligible for a refund, if unworn and returned in the condition received, within 10 days from the fulfilment date. Not included: custom made orders or sale items.
- There is an additional shipping fee associated with each return.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and the initial shipping cost will not be included in the refund of the purchase price.

- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. This can take 4-6 business days from receiving your item.
- Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
Exchange policy

- To start the exchange process, contact us via email at info@bergmandesigns.com stating the order number, the reason for exchange, and replacement size.
- When we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item to the address from your original order. Processing the return can take 4-6 business days from receiving your item.

Where do you ship?
At the moment we are shipping only to European Union countries. However, we are already working on the other areas.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We don't accept order cancellations, however please let us know if there is a problem with your order.
